Our Team
Erleen Miras is the Director of M.E. Ramos Training Services (in partnership with Customized Training Solutions Pte. Ltd.) with years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing. Prior to M.E. Ramos Training Services she worked with companies like PAGCOR, Maersk and Globeline Shipping Agencies, Inc.

She handles our administration and operations for both M.E. Ramos Training Services and Customized Training Solutions Pte. Ltd.. She had successfully handled events for PETRONAS in Malaysia, PTTEP in Thailand, The Manila Hotel and Seda Hotels in the Philippines. She earned a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Economics, Cum Laude, from the University of Sto. Tomas.
Rosela San Agustin is the Director for the Singapore School Market. Her experience is on Reservations where she previously worked with Ten Knots Development Corporation (El Nido Resorts) for more than 10 years where she has gained insights into hotel operations. Prior to that she worked with Sparkle Holidays and Travel Corporation.

Through her experience, she has increased her ability to communicate effectively , work with a team and develop social skills. She handled some of our events successfully including PETRONAS in Malaysia, Manila Hotel and Preview Training attended by several companies in the Philippines. She earned a degree in Bachelor of Science in Tourism from La Consolacion College
